Name : Naga
Genders : Male, Female
Length : Varies a lot. 10-12 feet is considered as average. There are no noticeable size difference between males and females.
Build : Slender
Hair : Jet black, other colors are seen as very exotic in societies
Eyes : Mostly blue and light brown
Skin (body) : Tanned to various degrees, as nagas prefer to live in desertic regions.
Skin (tail) : Anything goes. It is possible to track the origin of any given naga just by looking at the color of his tail.
Appearance : Normal humans with a snake body from the waist down. They also have a rather long forked tongue (5 usable inches, though they rarely extend it this far) which they flick out every so often to get informations on their surroundings.
Sexual Characteristics: Nagas, just like snakes, have no external genitalia. Those remain concealed in a genital slit until needed. Unlike actual snakes and lizards, however, the genital slit is distinct from the anus which is also on the front, as nagas have no buttocks. Male nagas usually have two penises ranging from 5 to 10 inches.
Nagas a foreign race to Mareth. Only gods can recall of the last time one have ever seen a naga roaming on these lands.
Social Structure : Most nagas live in groups of 100-150. Living in such small communities means that everyone is likely to know each other, something that influenced their culture a lot.
Nagas communicate using a mixture of soundwaves and ground impulsions. They can still communicate using only one of these methods, but their vocabulary will be limited as a result. They pick up the impulsions through the underside of their tail, which is full of sensitive nerve endings. This also a makes it a major erogenous zone, explaining why nagas enjoy coiling together while mating.
Their particular sense of hearing means they can’t “hear” the difference between a human talking and a naga saying the same thing : they understand both but to answer back, they have to know that difference and they need to learn to speak this way too.
Culture : The stereotype portrays nagas as very narcissic and eccentric, often wearing ornaments made of precious metals and fine fabrics. In reality, nagas are very modest and are taught that the only valuable things in life are those that can benefit to everyone. Not counting emotional attachment, they usually don’t value what they own. They believe that all nagas are related in some way and highly respect each other.
Nagas rarely come in contact with other sapient species both due to the fact that they live in very inhospitable regions and because of the complex language barrier that refrains them from properly communicating with anyone else.
Author: ElAcechador – Author of the desert’s naga girl.

(Fenoxo’s Note: Player Nagas still have butt-cheeks and their rectum (damn near killed him!) on the back because Fen likes his girls to have junk in the trunk. And also he doesn’t want to rewrite all the anal scenes. See the picture in the lower right for an example.)

Nagas FTW!
BTW I didn’t know there was even an anal scene, is there?
I never saw any naga anal.
He’s just talking about anal scenes in general. Getting doble-penetrated by the demons is okay as a human, but it gets much trickyer if your anus and your vagina are both on the same side.
Wow. those pics took my breath away.
I’m still more into GioGio’s work though – his beegirl sketch had just the right proportions ^^
Hey fenoxo, did you see the update on monster girl quest 2? Full english translation expected this very saturday.
And hey, I am sure the ending to that one is better then mass effects.
Also, I was thinking, was CoC chosen cause it sounds like cock?
I think coincidence since, after all, you could have just named it Corruption of Chaste Knights or something similar.
This… is… hawt. o3o
I have 2 questions: One, how do you change your skin color back to normal, and two, how do you remove body fur/hair?
Will we ever see a male naga in game?
Shouldnt player naga be the same as normal naga, feels kinda weird to have the player singled out (all butts or no butts) ?
That would require removing or rewriting every sex scene that mentions a but or asshole being on the player’s rear. Have fun being a naga with half the sex scenes invalidated.
Or give the naga’s a rear as well, anyways just saying that i’m thinking. CoC is great either way.
Yeah, giving the ordinary nagas a rear as well works.
That much is probably down to personal preference though.
I bet there’s one person in the world who finds “asses on the front” sexy or something.
Or get someone else to write alternative butt scenes for you! *Wink wink*
Snake girls/nagas/lamias = hawt. Very, very much so.
O.o i don’t see your Email…
Okay, this be Gurumash, let me know if you can’t see my Email from this post.
I saw but thought about it some more and I’m gonna have to decline. Donate that game to child’s play or something!
Thanks Fen. Now I’ve got to go find somewhere to release all this pent up Naganism.
Looks like this’ll be a long night of searching for a copy of MGQ2.
Lamias in Monmosu Quest 2 are quite different from the nagas as you see them in this game. Lamias there are notoriously sadistic, to the point of murder. By contrast, nagas in this game sound like fine fellows to be around, even if you can’t understand them.
@SpectralTime- ‘Their particular sense of hearing means they can’t “hear” the difference between a human talking and a naga saying the same thing : they understand both but to answer back, they have to know that difference and they need to learn to speak this way too.’ The PC allreay understands human so that part isn’t much of a problem.
i allso asume that when they become a naga, they automaticly understand all the signals and vibrations that make up ‘Naganese’.
Huh.
But how can the PC communicate with anyone else if THEY’RE a naga?
Far as I can tell, being a Naga doesn’t stop someone from speaking English.
However, the description is complete nonsense, and I can only assume that the operative principle is that logic is of minimal relevance in a porn game.
“Nagas are hawt, let’s throw in the codex without any further considerations.”
…I didn’t write any of the naga stuff.
< .<
>.>
‘Course not, name of the author is right on the tin, bro.
I’m just saying, if the codex in its current state ever defines the canon, that’ll be the only explanation I can think of for it.
Well go ahead Mr. Unhappy pants!
If you believe my logic is so flawed, I’d like to see what you can do.
Enlight me!
What makes you think that transforming into a human hybrid spices automatically gives you the knowledge to speak that spices’ language?
Ok, basically, nagas speak using a mixture of soundwaves and vibrations in the ground, which they pick-up using the underside of their tail. Humans (and basically everyone else in Mareth) are unable to pick-up these vibrations, thus missing a good part of the the frequencies required to understand the message. Try to sit in front of a dolphin pool until you fully understand their language (which, I’ve heard, is more complex than you’d think) and you’ll start to see where I’m going.
The thing is, the inverse is also true. Nagas still being partly humans, the way they interpret works in complement of their normal human audition, so their hear those vibrations as if it was a sound, but only a few of them get to realize that. Even if a naga learns to speak English (of Marethian, whatever) properly, they could still get it all wrong because they just speak instinctively. To be properly understood, one have to know the difference between the two “ways” one can speak which is very difficult because nagas can’t hear the difference.
The player doesn’t have that problem since he’ve lived his entire life speaking only English. Getting a naga tail entables him to pick up the missing frequencies needed to understand what “the” naga says. The naga learned to “speak” english with time, but when no one understands you, you can’t help wondering what you’re doing wrong.
TL;DL : Seen from the outside, a naga having a conversation with a naga player will look like some sort of billingual conversation. Internally, they just speak the same language.
I hope that anwsers your question, Spy!
And @7anon : Never look down on my ability to explain the unexplainable!
*to FAIL to explain the unexplainable.
Language is a bunch of vibrations and sounds, which have meaning.
You don’t understand it by magic, psychism or instinct.
You understand it by knowing the language.
If they can understand humans without psychism, they can also speak human.
It’s not your fault that you can’t explain it, though.
That tends to happen
When one tries to explain bloody nonsense.
(Although, if you tell them to speak without using their tails, or to lift their tails off the ground when they’re talking, that much would probably assist with the “problem”.)
I don’t see your problem here, It makes perfect sense to me.
Naga have a sense humans lack, the ability to differentiate minute vibrations in the earth.
They use these vibrations during communication, as we use iinflection and tone I would believe. Much of what someone says is a product of the way they speak rather than the content…
So, humans can only experience the aural communication of Nagas, while Nagas experience the same communication from humans.
As their ability is innate, they instinctively use both sound and vibration through the earth in conversation, thus their speech is both aural and sensory.
The naga doesn’t know humans cannot pick up the vibrations and so doesn’t restrict her speech to the aural and is misunderstood.
When the PC becomes a Naga, they gain the ability to sense the non-verbal communication….. if it works like tone and inflection, drawing meaning from this added sense would likely be difficult at first, but straightforward after a while.
No Mysticm about it.
The problem isn’t that the Nagas’ INTONATIONS are misunderstood.
It’s that they don’t even speak the language properly, because they use their tails as a sort of voicebox, and perceive the earth tremors as SOUND.
That’s why I say telling them to speak with their mouths only, and/or lift the sound-producing parts of their tails off the ground, would probably deal with the problem.
My main difficulty, though, (apart from finding it silly that one would interpret some vibrations in the ground as sound and not others) actually came from the imbecile-class mistake of not reading ElAcehador’s OUTSIDE-OF-CODEX explanation properly.
However, I’ll say that the codex itself should specify that the Nagas hear the GROUND VIBRATIONS through their tails as sound indistinguishable from sound heard in the ears, instead of leaving the explanation as “due to the way they hear.”
While the latter is strictly correct, it doesn’t lend itself to understanding.
The whole situation would also be vastly improved by not having Nagas somehow unable to tell the difference between speaking with the voice and speaking with the tail, and the difference between hearing with the ears and “hearing” with the tail.
It’s no longer completely incomprehensible, after the explanation the guy provided, but it’s still pretty stupid.
So more d2 coding tonight?
I think that needs to be “Nagas are a foreign race to Mareth.”
On a side note, I always love seeing the new artwork!
Rectum, damn near killed em….lol, you are ridiculous, that made me laugh for like 10 minutes.
You can’t say “naga, please” unless you have green skin. I should report you to the authorities.
d’awww
Very cute. But whta about flexibility, do nagas can stimulate themself with mouth? And i actualy dont understand the colors of eyes, snakes got green and light brown eyes, why nagas got blue?
Upper half is still human, you know?
Ok, still i got my self-lickng qustion
I don’t know, but I guess it’d be possible. I’m gonna leave that decision to writers.
I always preferred the notion of having a genital slit up front, but a cloaca where it’d be in snakes – on the underside, near the end of the tail. It’s more sensible, given the intestines. This would also mean that female nagas wouldn’t be the only ones able to play with their tail, males could tail-fuck themselves.
jeeze, that 2nd pic is so hot, and I’ve never been one for restrictive situations :3
Wow, just going off of that codex I wouldn’t mind meeting a naga
who did these pics?
Dunno. Swiped ‘em from Gelbooru.
Danbooru also has a ton of random good pics.
the artist is frfr you may recognize his style from monster girl quest
