Update: So I got the first 1/3 of Laquine Ears mostly done. It’s still buggy and can apparently crash in a place or two. Also one of the TFs is coming up blank. Also I haven’t wired up the repeatable fap scenes yet… but I think I have “Heat” mostly functional, the various minor transformations working, and the bigger scenes working.
It’s over 1000 lines of code in the Laquine Ears file, not counting all the crap I’ve had to toss around elsewhere. Tomorrow I want to polish the parts I have done and put it in backer hands, because it has been TOO DAMNED LONG since the last backer patch.

are the kaithryt, who still only have Gats’s busts, ever going to be updated with new busts? kinda feels like they are lying forgotten.
Pretty much any NPC that has only a Gats image should be updated. No offense to gats and their work, but it just simply isn’t up to par with the rest of the images in the game.
I’m not alone in preferring Gats’ busts. They’re different and simpler than the others, certainly, but they have in my opinion considerably more charm.
I agree. If anything, I prefer gat’s busts for certain npcs. By the way Nonesuch, nice work on that Sera x-pac. Love me some character development.

I agree. There’s some character that Gats just works better on. Although, the “Old” Gats tend to be better than the “New” ones in some cases.
There’s more variation in body poses with the Old Gats.
I wouldn’t mind them being simple if it didn’t look like they followed a specific body template. That’s my biggest problem with their work.

I didn’t notice it, tbh. I’ve seen worse in regards to neck things – there’s a guy whose art looks great but the necks are like noodles.
Things take time. Take a breath, relax and work at the pace that suits you. ‘sides, there’s going to be a Laquine TF if I read right, that alone is worth the wait. Till that’s done though, I’ll be kicking back with Loppe (CoC) and patiently waiting for an update.
Also, not sure if this’ll help but…when I’m stuck writing or drawing, I play music. A good song can easily be the foundation of a character or even an event. Much like how ‘The Truth’ by Audiomachine is a character’s base theme but given a few years and conflict all with one person at their side can easily turn their perspective into ‘Love is Here’ by Tracey Chattaway (which sounds somewhat the same). All-in-all, just pace yourself. It’ll get done.
Well said and I agree nothing calms me down or helps me focus more than listening to music from my favorite video game/anime soundtracks.

Don’t worry Fen, take your time. The fact that you’re not just pushing out updates left and right proves that you actually care about the content you’re putting out. Like others have said, I’d rather wait awhile for a good, fleshed out update, than one that was released too soon. Thanks for all your hard work Fen and Co.
Aw Fen, all you gotta do is hire a couple guys from one o’ those Chinese mmo factories. Sure, their grasp of English is about on par with their creativity, but you can get fourteen hours of work out of ’em for twelve bucks and a case of the melamine-rich regional alternative to Red Bull
I think everyone will understand cause every content you guys had given were always worth the wait. I have a couple of questions, is there going to be more content for Saendra, I’m really looking forward to her next content as her history/story is really interesting and it’s going to be great to have a quest on her relationship with the Black Void. TBH, doing the treasure hunt with her would be awesome. Another one is about Hand So, are you guys planning on making her the AI for Casstech Z14, or are there planned ship upgrades?

Hand so won’t be available for the Casstech. She will be available on the other ships that become available when ship mechanics are implimented.
I think it’d be cool if the ship types eventually included capital ships like battlecruisers that’s big enough to include a sizeable garden or arboretum where you could plant one or more Venus pitcher plants.
Having ship mechanics would be cool, hope you’ll get the option to roam around the ship.
That’s not quite accurate, I have no intention of barring her from the starter ship. I am waiting for ship mechanics to be released before I carry on with her though, yes.

6 days Fen Fen since the last backer update while I can not speak for the others I think that is more then fine id rather you do an great job done right then a good job done wrong
I dont get why people wants so much TF’s. Isnt other content more important? Like Story and….Intimate scenes?. The TF’s just makes you look a little different, doesnt add anything and takes forever to make. Unless its super important to get it into the game then why do it? I like my Horse TF and i dont think i’ll ever change it.
It is part of the game’s appeal, especially for those who enjoy replayability and want to play again with different combinations.
