Just gone done fiddling some things around in the back-end of the website to clean up a lot of how we were handling Patreon user data. Part of it was adding support for multiple projects to be handled side-by-side, so, anybody who had existing Patreon bindings for their TiTS backer status will have to re-link their account. I did a lot (read: a lot) of testing to try and make sure this was as smooth as possible, but as always, there’s probably a bunch of shit I done fucked up, so post away if it doesn’t work or you get some errors. At least the profile page has fancy status messages to tell you if things worked or burst into flames now!

Okay. Gonna need some help here. I pretty much lost the email account i been using as a backer. Didnt figure it was much of a problem since it would just auto charge but now i cant re-syncy account. Im good gping to my new email but i dont wanna be charged for two pledges… Three if we count CoC2 though o havent started that yet
First option should be to submit a ticket to Patreon and see if they can help you recover the account or just cancel the payments on your card through them.
If that doesn’t work you can contact your bank. Tell your bank that you have stopped permission for the charges. That account will stop backing but if it’s lost anyway it shouldn’t matter.
Then just make a new Patreon account (and don’t lose this one). If you had to go through your bank you may need to call them again and tell them that new charges from Patreon are valid.
