Surprise mid-week patch to make up for a late patch last week — and to give some content time to shine before the kitsune dungeon that’s about to hit around the weekend. Very much a Skow-centric patch. Awoo~! Big thanks to Leykoss for coding most of this patch!
0.2.29 Patch Notes:
- You can now complete Etheryn’s companion quest, Royal Amnesty. After beating Atugia’s miniboss fight, bring Ryn back to Castle Hawkstone for a meeting with the baroness.
- While exploring any of the four regions outside Hawkethorne, you can find a wandering caravan with a mysterious mistress. (By SomeKindofWizard)
- Pupperidge Farms has a holiday event with feasting and fucking! (By SomeKindofWizard)
- New Busts: Whisper, Gianna, Baroness Carmen Reverra, Morwen
As always, backer access can be gotten here~
Man, itβs hard to believe the sheer amount of content CoC2 is getting just in the last quarter of this year alone. At this rate you might even dwarf the amount of content in CoC1 by the end of next year.
Even the usual detractors have mostly stopped claiming no progress is being made.
Now it’s just progress in a direction they don’t like or don’t approve of.
More dominant 11-feet tall muscular futas with two cocks and less disgusting pregshit please!
But pregshit is great.
Amen!
Can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic. I’m kinda confused by the preg content obsession. I liked a few of em (like Urta from CoC1 or Mirrin from TiTs) because they were hella heartwarming and intimate, but it seems like every post has at least 1 comment about preg content. If you can put a baby in everybody, won’t that kinda ruin the magic of it?
No; Putting a baby in everybody is literally the fetish for some people.
You could apply your same logic to sex in general really. If you can fuck everyone, doesn’t that ruin the magic of sex?
What is funny is that Savin’s CoC is putting out more content lately than Fen’s TiTs.
The Baroness has some serious “love bites” on her neck
Hopefully we can also get those “love bites”.
I have completely forgotten where Castle Hawkstone is.
Found it.
Wonderful update! Thanks again
Don’t know if intended or not, but the “Blue Balls” effect seems to be triggering on every single tile once it happens. When exploring outside Hawkthorne, I don’t even seem to be getting any encounters, just the Blue Balls text.
I think it stacks when its supposed to happen once. Basically just reset your lust until you can move again. It shouldnt matter how you do it.
Who in sam hell is Etheryn?
never mind.
is the merchant encounter one-time or repeatable?
It’s repeatable. Another thing about the merchants is If you go in and out of the potion menu, you’ll get different options every time (Idk if this is intentional but I used it to farm for MantiNip so I’m happy)
Is that holiday event non-repeatable?
I find myself slightly stuck after discovering the kitsune have special reactions to kitsune players even though that transformation doesn’t seem to be in yet and being a one tailed fox simply isn’t good enough. π
Future-proofing content.
Im surprised you can TF into a kitsune i keep getting taeleer when i try.
Keep up the great work guys, I really appreciate the little details you push through each scene!
As anyone been able to proc the “gift-wrapped scene”? It keeps saying requires: “a non-micro cock and a high cum production.”
Given my stats, I should meet the requirements….
Your production may not be high enough. Just keep doing the Nursing HJ scene with Evergreen till your balls stop growing
Will there be more items to give to companions/npcs in the future? Transformative items specifically. I understand that with the sheer amount of art and dialogue needed, it wouldn’t be something we would be seeing for a while, but I feel like the thought of being able to actually help people like Lusamine, Etheryn, or Eryka with their problems can help people grow more attached to them, and could make it more reasonable to let them become companions later on. Also, when is the next public patch going to be, if it has a set date?
There will definitely be more NPC transformations in the future.
Generally you won’t be able to just solve somebody’s problems by feeding them items, though.
Public patches come out around the middle of the month every month.
Does anyone else find combat excruciatingly bad? I’m a warrior, have the best armor shield and weapon I can find and max level for public patch and I still struggle with most enemies due to my character being so god damn vulnerable to everything. And it doesnt help that I simple cant hit any enemies cause 8 out of 10 of my attacks miss.
Your build/party might just kinda suck? I’m a melee rogue and I steamroll pretty much everything; lust attacks are the only things I have to pay attention to.
I changed some equipment and reallocated points for more accuracy. My attacks still miss 70-80% of the time against frost wood enemies. And about half the time for everyone else. Also I’m currently using brint and the dullahan chick.
This isn’t CoC or TiTs any more, Combat even for regular encounters, actually takes some thought.
How do I know you haven’t scratched the surface? You’re using the slow as molasses tank and big minotaur barbarian with an innate accuracy penalty on his basic attack, and complaining that they miss half the time.
How about:
-Using buffs
-Using powers that have innate bonus accuracy
-Using powers that don’t target evasion
-Noting enemy buffs
-Stop using heavy weapons that come with an innate accuracy penalty
-Changing your companion roster for people who are more accurate, or at least don’t come with an innate accuracy penalty
You’re in Frostwood now, and out of the starter zones. Kid gloves are off.
So I should use the squishy followers who get nuked first round and change my power out for what exactly? You realize those stats are not included in the tool tips right? Or should I change class entirely to which ever class you tailored the game for?
I think the combat is one of the best things about the game, actually.
