This is an awesome idea and I hope there’s a way to add it to TiTS too. I can usually avoid bad ends, but it’d be nice not to fuck up and have to restore from whenever I saved, which might be an hour or two ago. 🙁

This is an amazing idea not just for people who suck at games, but also for people who want to see all the amazing sexy bad end scenes: now you can just lose the fight on purpose, get your smut, reload and do-over to win.
Yeah, honestly, it kind of fixes a major problem I always had with bad-ends from a gameplay perspective. This move turns it from a lengthy punishment into just…more content for the player to enjoy. I know that’s supposed to be the point, but it rarely feels that way in most games I’ve played where bad ends are implemented, simply due to how much progress you could potentially lose.

Unfortunate, but goodbye. This was a decision made right from the outset and we will not be changing it.
But why no Taur TF’s?
Because nobody writes for them. Like not even a month ago they almost had to remove manticore tails because there were hardly any scenes for those either, and they’re theoretically way easier to write for than an entirely new body type that would radically change every sex scene and really tons of other non-sexual scenes in the game.
You could say that maybe you don’t mind the fact that none of the scenes acknowledge it as long as you can at least see you’re a taut in the appearance screen, but ignoring the fact that that would render the transformation kind of pointless, doing so would also lower the quality of the game as a whole.
That’s honestly really sad that we’ll never get Taur TF’s because of lack of support. Also if there’s gonna be no support for cunt tails, why not change it to a scorpion tail to use as an attack in combat?
Also, if you move to SubscribeStar, will you and Fen add incest (and animal?) content back? They dont ‘seem’ to have right restrictions on that.

It should trigger at camp or the frosthound, with a follow-up at night if you hit the [Present] button.
The christmas event feels a little bit weird.. Brienne randomly appeared in my camp although she wasn’t in my party. And maybe it’s just me, but when or where is the [Present] button supposed to appear?
That first part is a bug. The present button shows up at night in the main camp square or in the frost hound.
It’s not in Brienne’s menu. Go into the Frost hound at night and it will be the first option in the second row

The game will not delete your saves. Android can delete app data to make room if your phone is out of storage space.

TiTs maybe, since I’m pretty sure mods for it already exist, CoC2 would be much much more difficult to mod though given that it’s closed-source, probably specifically to curtail modding attempts.
I was also into the Revamp mod for a bit, so I understand why you may want it, but I also completely understand why Savin and co. don’t want to risk being even remotely associated with some of the sub-par quality writing in the modding community. If people really want to how their appreciation for CoC2 they can either donate, create visual art, or start making submissions that meet the quality standards.

Can I just say Boris has 0 clue what hes on about? I peeked at some of the fanwritten stuff for CoC1 like the tamani recruitment. It was certainly not of a great standard. Not to mention (no offense to CoC1, its what got me hooked) there is absolutely a giant improvement in the scenes implemented in CoC2 and TiTS compared to some of the older CoC1 scenes, but that tends to happen with more experience and a greater tuned skillset. Now whether or not you agree is irrelevant (im just giving my opinion and I am certainly not saying there arent good written scenes in CoC1), the fact remains if you compare earlier works to later works that curve usually happens. And I fully support the creators of the games and all the writers and artists involved; and it honestly pisses me off to hear people say bad shit about Fen, especially about CoC and how it was dropped for TiTS.
Lets be real here most of us know it. But its always nice to remind us that just as there are people who shout loudly about the bad, there are also those who appreciate it the way things are. Just to remember those shouting profanities arent the general populus, merely those with a louder voice.

It’s always rubbed me the wrong way when people tell me how I can use something I am paying for, but working in hotels gave me a new appreciation for services as products.
I just figure they are providing CoC2 and TiTS as a kind of porn service, rather than a video game we purchase to own. Some pay per month or backed at the beginning, and others use the free version only updated once or twice (or sometimes more) a month.
I dunno, just seems like because you don’t agree with something doesn’t mean you have to hate it.
It isn’t as if the decision against mods was made lightly. As one of the writers, I have made it clear that I personally view most modding communities as healthy and beneficial to games. Without the mod communities (even though they can be drama-filled), there are many games that would not have been as much fun for me.
However, the reason why those games have mods is because they’re feature incomplete and often are “done”; very few games receive major expansions these days that fundamentally add or accomplish what mods try to do. In stark contrast, CoC2 is designed with the ability for people to submit writing. Unlike Skyrim or other games known for modding, we OPENLY allow people to submit content and attempt to officially get it added. If the modders are actually decent at writing, then they could submit things and get it added. The only reason we don’t add their writing is often not due to the fetishes or whatever but that it’s so abysmally written and has flagrant issues (IE: repetition).
So putting it lightly, there are many people who work for CoC2’s team officially and those like myself who are heavily involved volunteers that like mods. It’s just the mods that get made using the code are always awful and lead to confusion in the main games. It’s like every other day someone comes in thinking that something from the mods was in the official version. And it’s not because it’s particularly good, it’s merely that most mods coined themselves in ways that lie about being “continuations” when they’re mods.
I take great exception to your stated reason to “why games have mods”.
Perhaps you were talking about a specific collection of games you yourself play/played – but the overall suggestion is misleading at best.
Bethesda’s crap is not typical of games that have a healthy modding community. Games with modding communities tend to be feature-complete, and actually fun. The developers of these games sometimes hire modders to work for their studios in some capacity or another.
You know what these games usually have in common? It’s not being “feature incomplete” – it’s having a modding API.
Modding API’s *always* increase the longevity and community engagement of any game. As of 30 mins ago, there are 20,000 people playing Garry’s Mod – which is nothing but a sandbox mod framework released 13 years ago.
There will always be trash mods made by overeager amateurs with little skill – but there will also be mods that make the original content almost pale in comparison.
I don’t argue that every game should have a modding API – but in all honesty – especially in today’s gaming scene (doubly for any independent studio)- I consider it a major failure of planning and development to brush off so valuable a resource.
Yeah maybe if any of the CoC1 or TiTS mods had proven to have any value. Instead they were an overwhelming net negative and continue to cause problems for us to this day. So no thanks.
A real shame considering it’s essentially the only way to get content we want that you guys won’t (or can’t) add (or remove content we don’t want *cough*kinusfiance*cough*) .

Shit like that is why I thought that Fenco should have had a SubscribeStar account a long time ago. After all, it survived a major attempt to de-platform and kill it in its infancy. If it managed that when it was most vulnerable, then I believe that it isn’t going away anytime soon. I’m glad you guys are diversifying your revenue streams, and I’m honestly surprised it took you this long to read the writing on the wall. I image that you are afraid of relying on a less popular choice than Patreon, and losing supporters in the move to another site, which may or may not have the same problem with banning certain ‘lewds.’ But one thing you need to get is while there is an element of the puritanical right rising up, your looking at the issue too narrowly: people expect platforms like Patreon , Gab, and Twitter to regulate speech that doesn’t break the law.
We were reading the writing on the wall several months before it was public knowledge.

Honestly, I had to redo the hornet dungeon like 10 times cause I wanted to see each bad end (which meant losing on purpose on each fight), and then the final fight was really tough cause I was only doing it at level 3 (which I came back to and beat it at 4 after realizing that lol).
It’s gonna be a lot easier to play through the dungeons without running the risk of having to redo it all with one loss ^^;
Also whatever you guys decide to do, I’ll always support you when able. Played CoC years ago and have been subbed ever since I heard about TiTS back before even Canadia, always high quality writing and fun to play between both TiTS and CoC2.

I noticed CoC2 is VERY mmm shall we say female-ish leaning on npcs compared to TiTs or CoC1. Even the male NPCs you do have with the exception of the Husky dude and Brint are almost all femme and same with any new ones you’ve come out with for awhile now.
Also something thats been bugging me, You know half the characters you are calling futas, arent futas. A Futa has no testicles at all, the clitoris has become a penis, thats it (same tissue in the penis and clit) no testicles. If it has the lower junk of a dude (penis and balls) and the overall female appearance and upper stuff *Minus the Vag*(Political correctness be damned) they are Shemales, and Herms have both parts. So that being said my second question is why cant yall write less “niche” content, I have seen a few of yall who are writers say you write what YOU are attracted to and “cant” write anything else yet most of what yall write with one or 2 tweaks is, sorry to say, is what most “newer potentional supporters” are asking for which is straight (Fem PC/Male NPC) and/or gay content.
