Hey all, Fen here with a surprise patch for you guys! Monday’s patch came in fast in furious, loaded with a few inescapable inventory bugs that Geddy was scrambling to hotfix as fast as she could. Some players discovered that Anno had developed her own gravitational field, such that meeting her left you in a state where your only option was to buy things from her… and never leave. Not a great time. Fixing the bug gave Gedan an opportunity to dig into the guts of the inventory system – and make a change I’ve wanted since the jump to JS: staying in the inventory screen after you use an item. This was mentioned in the previous patch notes, but it bears repeating.

This is a pretty deep change to make, so it’s likely that there’s some inventory and shop issues that could crop up. Keep us abreast of them as they arise, and we’ll get this bad boy rocking and bug free!

  • [HOTFIX: Build #2502+]: Fixed crashes caused by encountering “EvilBun” while in a pre-defeated state. Getting any of her post-combat sex scenes outside of combat should no longer crash – unless I missed one more spot I need to slap a setEnemy call in… (Fen)

(And I know my name isn’t active in the changelog lately, but I’m still working. I’ve been plugging along under the hood to get the combat together for Dhaal’s final dungeon. It’s as close as we get to party combat, and there are a variety of potential bosses depending on faction alignment and choices made. For example, one boss has four different versions of her encounter. Three of them are variants on her stats and moveset, one has a precursor battle with two other enemies. I hope we can share more soon!) <3


[TiTS] Buggy Wuggies

Fen here – I woke up to some requests from some other coders to push out some of the recent bug fixes that have piled up, so without further ado, here they are!

0.9.012 Changelog:

  • The cage interactions during the Queensguard and Taivra fights should now actually display the text for interacting with them.
  • Freeing Dane during Queensguard’s battle should no longer cause Taivra to have a non-defined bust. Dane will also be added as a friendly NPC.
  • Various typo fixes.
  • Fixed a potential softlock related to the Priapism effect.
  • Fixed cockvine seedling busts not displaying.
  • Fixed a crash in one of Mirrin’s scenes.

State of the Fen: Big Ouchie [Small Patch Too]

Hey guys, sorry I haven’t had much to share this past week. There’s no way to sugarcoat me landing shoulder-first at some speed above 15 mph and busting myself to hell. I spent most of the last few days laying in bed and barely being able to sleep, let alone sit up without wincing and shaking. My arm became a supernova of pain, shooting out flares of agony at the slightest provocation. My hip caught a road rash, I got a smaller abrasion on my knee, and I peeled some skin off of my right palm. But I’m not dead!

And I’m already on the mend. Every day has been a bit better than the one before it. Yesterday I was the first one I didn’t dread having to get up to use the bathroom. Today marks like the first day I feel truly mobile again – provided I slap on a sling for longer amounts of time spent on my feet. Make no mistake, I’m liable be to be recovering for a while…

…But I’m back, baybee! I’m gonna crank on Dhaal dungeon work right after I tear into this massive communication backlog I’ve allowed to build up.

[TiTS] Take a Chance

With the looming pain of taxes distracted by a check larger than I care to think about, I can devote my brain back to TiTSing around once more! I’ve been building up and writing the rooms for the next major plot dungeon on Dhaal, so that they can be dropped in soon ™. It’s gonna be a good one, IMO. Will has continued churning out plenty of hot smut of course, and the rest of the code team has buried plenty of treats in this patch for everyone!

Changelog:

  • THE GAME GOT HARD. I fixed a bug that caused the game to think “Easy Mode” was on all the time. There are likely to be balance changes that will need made as a result.
  • New NPC: Chance the Faux Cow!
  • New Scene: Kase and Ramis threesome! As long as the player meets Ramis’ preferences and there’s been a blurb or two with her and Kase, it’s now possible to have Kase join in. There are two unique variants to the scene depending on if the player is topping or bottoming for Ramis.
  • New Scene: Crotch worship for Lund! After submitting to Lund and becoming his bitch, the player now has a repeatable crotch worship blowjob scene. Also, Lund’s collar is now equippable at any given time like the Sub-Tuner, Sera’s, Lorelei’s, etc.
  • New Scene: Kase Nursing! A new, small scene with Kase is now available for milky momma PCs to nurse their kitty-boi. Options are available to jerk him off or let him drink himself into a nap.
  • Tweaks for Kelly! After building a relationship with Kelly, you will be able to do things like flirt with her at work. This initially leads to a teasy under table blowjob, but now with this scene you have an option of letting her take the lead.
  • New map icons: door entrance and door exit.
  • Lowercase-Donkey reworked the underpinnings of NPC bust dispays across the game.
  • Improved handling of hyperlinks under the hood and how they are displayed.
  • Improved image compression for public builds.
  • Improved error handling for attempts to move to invalid room indexes.
  • Did work under the hood for a “toasts” style achievement display system. (Good work, Ged!)
  • Plenty of other fixes and new opportunities to slip bugs in for y’all to find!

[TiTS] Hotfixes Galore~

This weekend has seen a number of hotfixes rolled out to TiTS that I’m going to rattle off, in case one of these was messing with your [pc.name] Steele!

Changelog:

  • Feruze’s fight on Dhaal should work again. This one was a doozy requiring me to dig deep into the old flash code and find some custom code that never got ported into Javascript. I was able to play it through to completion on the test save provided with the bug report, so you should be able to as well!
  • Sabrae sells the combat tail again.
  • New parsers were added for dick nipples, because why not, I guess? (nippleCockHead and oneNippleCock, mostly)
  • Kally’s drink menu no longer crashes on selecting a beverage.
  • Extrameet no longer causes a crash when used on Vesperia.
  • The Cheat menu now has the option to force treatment variants.
  • A bunch of broken parser stuff got cleaned up by Leek! <3
  • Flying to Poe A should work better.
  • Fixed some image scaling & cropping issues.
  • Jacques00 did some under the hood work on our custom playing cards. Soon(tm).
  • Fixed being unable to leave Velta.
  • Fixed the zil callgirl bust.
  • Fixed some broken “loadInAss” instances.

  • Deleted an unused Sera file. (Don’t worry – it was empty!)
  • Fixed sex with Erra crashing due to trying to move to a non-existent space.
  • “Sam” got a proper creature stat-block in the code.
  • Rivet’s shop should work better.

Now that the javascript version is rapidly approaching full content parity with the ol’ reliable flash builds, it’s time for everybody’s dog with a bone to finally have her crew expansion escape into the wild. I suspect that there will be a fair few bugs to shake out of this one, so be sure to hold onto a “before” save when you tackle this, just in case something blows up.

[TiTS] Backer Pirates, Public Blizzards, and Ships4All

That’s right, it’s time for a big new patch for TiTS! This time we’re activating the ship systems and content – which means a huge new swath of code is going to be stressed to the breaking point in hilarious ways. We also updated the flash version with an update to the save exporter that should work better with this version of TiTS-JS. Please be patient if you smack face-first into run-killing bugs. We’re likely to be deploying hotfixes and some more quick patches tomorrow and Friday.

  • Ship content is now enabled!
    • Ships now come with their own unique maps! I did my best to keep them relatively concise and quick to access the most important utility spaces from boarding. Most of them have full descriptions written for their interior spaces, but I still have ~3 vessels to finish up (including the Sidewinder).
    • We still need to do some refinement of the ship inspection UI and communication of how ship equip slots and crew space interact to be more clear, so don’t assume the systems are final just yet!
  • Hotkeys got another adjustment with some help from Gedan. Now the move keys (WASD) will always take priority. If the movement keys are active AND the interactions buttons also have a button active for that hotkey, the interaction button will shift to use shift+[Hotkey]. Up & Down were also moved from C and Z to Q and E, like how they were in flash.
  • An early version of the blackjack system with visible cards should be running, though we’re going to have TiTS-appropriate card art soon ™.
  • Bust fixes for Miko & Mai, Black Void Grunts, Raskvel Broodmother, Riya, Roxy, Stormlancer, Milodans, Tetra&Mica.
  • Zheng Shi is now Zhèng Shi.
  • Fixes for movement in Nastizia’s quest.
  • Fixes for Karaquest 2.
  • Improvements to the questlog.
  • Fixes for goo armor.

  • Added a new tophat item icon (courtesy of Jacques00) and tagged the holiday event hats with them. They were also set as “Custom” rarity.

TiTS Update: Fat Tuesday

Changes:

  • Hotkey improvements! I made some modifications to the basic hotkey code in game to improve functionality in a few places:
    • The shift key can now be combined with hotkeys!
    • Up/Down hotkeys are now shift+key – avoiding conflicting with ‘z’ to masturbate.
    • The main button dock now has functional hotkeys for WASD. In the rare event that the dock is displaying something on W, A, S, or D while the movement controls are also active, the movement controls will work with a shift modifier.
    • Inventory & shop UIs have not been touched because they’re going to need some big brain to properly function with keyboard input, and them brains are working elsewhere.
  • The map exploration tutorial blurb should show up on Mhenga instead of Uveto.
  • Tetra & Mica’s busts should be more consistently displayed.
  • Fixes for several embedded images and a few other busts as well…
  • DendroGro’s multiple cock menu is no longer horribly broken.
  • Dr. Badger’s silicone tank should now be available in the masturbation menu once installed.
  • The bimbo hat from the “Kiroween” event should make you a bimbo again – and display “on equip” messages once more.
  • “Kiroween” is hooked up and accessible once more (assuming it’s Halloween or you cheated to make it so…)
