• Rindo has a new expansion — talk to Komari about making the crispy cutie your concubine, or let her go her own way. She can get pregnant thereafter, with a new sex scene and updated talks, as well as a new bust.
• Rumie the Bee Bartender (aka Beetender) will now buzz into the Wayfort after Winter City. She can serve drinks right now, but she’s mostly gearing up for the renovation.

• After finishing Winter City, you can find a mysterious old lady down on the bridge across the River Ridell near the Wayfort. Helping her out will lead to a whole pile of interesting new content, including a new companion bard, all written by B!
• Some Wayfort rooms have been updated as coding has started on the Renovation Project. Nothing beyond the text tweaks is implemented in this patch, however.
• Atugia has new busts by DCL!

Cait and some encounter maths are both getting a little bigger~

0.4.23 Patch Notes:

• By helping Cait blow a staggering number of minotaurs over and over again, you can cause the kitty to start putting on a little extra weight, spread over multiple bust stages just like her, well, bust (there’ll be more ways to enthiccen her later). You can choose to send Cait to the gym if that’s not your jam.
• Encounter rates have been refactored, and a [Pick Fight] button has been added to combat areas that is guaranteed to proc fights for your grinding pleasure.
  • – Whenever you get an encounter from moving tiles, there is *at least* a 66% chance that it will be a combat encounter.
  • – When you Explore, there is now *at most* a 50% chance that it will be a combat encounter.
  • – Once you have “cleared” a zone, this drops to *at most* a 20% chance that it will be a combat encounter.
  • – Clearing a zone means beating the big bad area boss or quest: Alraune for Old Forest, Centaur Quest for Harvest Valley, Orc Quest for Foothills, Winter City for Frostwood, Lureling for Glacial Rift. Undermountain cannot be cleared currently.

• You can now enter the city of Khor’minos proper, including a bakery and inn.
• New Enemy Encounter: Demon Goblin (appears only after clearing Winter City, found in Frostwood).
• Three new Rina scenes.
• New Cassia interactions once you’re done with Rina’s arc.

As of today I’ve just finished reviewing and approving a pretty stonking huge chunk of content all parceled in together: the Wayfort Renovation project and two new(ly romancable, anyway) waifus that go along with that. In addition, today marks the start of the interior of Khor’minos hitting the code block as well — you’ll see that coming out in waves, just like we’ve handled the Outskirts so far, though obviously there’s a lot more to the interior of the metropolis so it’ll be quite a while before we consider Khor’minos “done” in any real sense.

Future plans: more reviewing next week, start writing the next leg of the main questline the week after.
