Today we’ve got an extremely cute new half-lupine cleric on tap. She and the Corrupted Lupine plot are inexorably linked, and both have quite a bit more coming in the future — but this will have to whet your whistle for now~
Meanwhile I’m finishing up the last main scene of Etheryn’s great big quest. Just a bad end and some outtro material left to go after that… and some new sex scenes for the princess to top it all off, of course.
HOTFIX: An issue has been fixed that blocked part of the Hawkethorne map. If you are playing a download build you will need to redownload.
0.5.5 Patch Notes:
- While exploring the Old Forest after finishing the Winter City dungeon, you can bump into a priestess in need of saving and who’ll help progress the Corrupted Lupines plotline. You can bring her to the Wayfort as a new resident, and enjoy some quality time with the innocent priestess. (By Jstar) (Coded by Squishy)
- Lyric has a new scene for April Fools. You’ll, uh, have to turn on holiday mode to see it unless you want to save it for next year 😛 (By B!) (Coded by Squishy)
- New Busts: Milly (by Moira)
- New CG: Daliza Pegging (by AleTs28)

Art of Drifa by Kumokaya.
A cleric? Linked to the Corrupted Lupines?? Moved into the Wayfort???
Is this a future corruption candidate? 👀
No. She does seem to have a lot of other content planned though.
She does have a corrupt route.
Why yes.
Yes to whom? I’m going off the companions being closed but I’m used to being wrong.
Why would companions being closed prevent NPCs from having corruption content?
She has an entire corruption route planned that’s gated behind other content being added first.
Yes to drifa eventually getting corruption content.
I read that as I woke up. Confused candidate for companion.
Outta curiosity, how does Lyric’s event trigger? is it just a walking thing or using him in the inventory thing?
If you dismiss him back to the alchemist shop, then go and visit, that’s when the event triggers.
How do you do that though? I go to the alchemy shop (in Hawkestorn) and I try to sell him back there and it says he’s unsellable.
You can drop him from your inventory then he’ll go to the alchemy shop
just drop lyric when you’re in the inventory screen
Thanks for the help, guys. Finally got it to trigger. Very nice scene.
Good work, B.!
That cool.
Man, that’s a really “anime opening” looking image.
Like, i can literaly picture in my head some J-pop/rock amping up in the background as the scene cuts the main character fighting the second in command of the evil forces (or another antagonist that is not the main bad guy, but, will definetly be more popular than him) to a stand still before it cuts to something else.
Remind me please, Holiday mode includes *every* holiday including Halloween?
Yes.
Thank you for clearing that up.
I look forward to the next installment of RynQuest; new ways to poke Ryn’s prostate are always good.
how do you get a Coller for the new cleric
Viviane sells some
When I send the priestess to the wayfort she just seems to vanish.
Check Aileh square
I may seem clueless, but what the hell is the corrupted lupines questline? I must have over 50 hours in this game over several saves, and I have absolutely no idea what quest this refers to. Perhaps I just forgot what the name was.
It’s not actually a quest line yet, just planned to be.
i found the cleric and hit the wrong button and she uhh was dragged off, is it possible to find her after that or do i need to reload?
Right now you can’t find her after that. There is planned content that would allow you to go save her if you lose or let her get taken, but that is a ways off.
okay thanks
Greetings! Maybe I’ll repeat question, but I’d like to ask, when this update will be on Steam? Or how does it work?
Steam gets updated once a month, usually around the middle of the month.
Thx for info, It is a great update
Love this update Savin. Will we get any busts for her in the future?
Of course!
Thanks for the update.
I’m sorry, I was confused by the new battle update post. If there is no longer Resolve, then how can our characters resist lust attacks?
And I heard that now the imps are harder to beat. A comment was answered with “I can beat it on hard so you should be able to beat it on easy” but the answer did not really take into account the playstyle that the person asking might have. For example, magic power was reduced by half and if someone had a build all about magic and now suddenly all magic is nerfed that might cause some issues. I hope this doesn’t mean now players need to focus on min-maxing instead of being able to have casual fun on easy mode.
“If there is no longer Resolve, then how can our characters resist lust attacks?”
Tease and other damage types that formerly reduced Resolve now reduce Health instead. This means that all attacks, from sword strikes to teases to charm spells, all contribute to the same damage pool together rather than only one type of damage actually mattering at a time.
For encounters where which bar depleted first affected content, the damage type that lands the final blow determines if you get the lewd or physical defeat text.
Oh ok. Well that oversimplification kind of defeats the purpose of even having lust attacks in the first place. Might be easier to just have a button at the end to pick what kind of defeat/win you want since player can’t always pick who gets the last attack of what kind. And if there is only one type of defense now, that ruins a lot of strategies people had, like if a creature had high physical attack defense but low lust defense, you could focus on lust attacks.
Is this new change going to be applied to TiTS too? It feels like it will now reduce the creativity of encounters and battles because now there is only one way to defeat an enemy. Like if you new an enemy could heal itself but it would not heal the lust, then you could choose if you wanted to keep trying to outdamage the healing with physical attacks or alter your battle a bit by using the lust attacks.
Were any other backers aware that this change was going to be made before it happened? Feels a bit bad to have such a large change caused by just a handful of people making these huge decisions. It leaves it open for bias changes like for the hardcore players rather than the majority of the players who were probably more casual players that are waiting for story updates and thought the mechanics were fine.
Might be good to make a poll for both backers and non backers(because they are important too) to see what they think of these changes and if they see it as a boon for the players or a nerf or if they would rather have the ability to skip battles because it’s the story or just the lewd scenes they care about, not the battle mechanics. Maybe ask if the majority of people actually read the dialogue in the battles and get immersed or if they only look at the health bars to try to get it over with.
Since everything is based on physical attacks now then part of the roleplaying aspect is gone. Had a character with low defense but high resolve? Well too bad because now if the enemy just keeps showing her tits, you’re going to die right away because now everything is attached to one stat that you didn’t put enough points into back before the update. It’s very not Fen game-like, too.
I just hope in the end, the players still have the freedom to make the builds they want without having to min max. Just very confusing and unexpected that you’d remove such a huge chunk of the gameplay out of nowhere.
You’ve grossly misunderstood what I said.
“Well that oversimplification kind of defeats the purpose of even having lust attacks in the first place.”
How so? Lust attacks rarely if ever play into how encounters actually resolve; the final blow at most changes some part of the pre-scene-selection text in a few encounters. It rarely even does that.
“And if there is only one type of defense now”
No, there’s one Health bar. An enemy that was 99% resistant to physical attacks is still 99% resistant to physical attacks. Enemies that are weak to tease are still weak to tease.
“like if a creature had high physical attack defense but low lust defense, you could focus on lust attacks.”
That is still how it works. However, for enemies that are not specifically immune to one damage type or another, you’re now no longer pigeon-holed into JUST using tease or damage attacks.
“It feels like it will now reduce the creativity of encounters and battles because now there is only one way to defeat an enemy.”
Relatively little has changed on our end for encounter building, and where it has it’s become easier to make enemies use diverse power sets since they no longer have to use all Resolve- or Health-targeting attacks or else suck.
“Were any other backers aware that this change was going to be made before it happened?”
Yes, and the feedback to extensive playtesting was overwhelmingly positive.
“Since everything is based on physical attacks now then part of the roleplaying aspect is gone.”
See above.
I haven’t kept up as much with the games, but has content with the knoll you rescued been added?
Not yet.
It’s a shame, that you deleted resolve makes the Charmer basically useless…
Dunno, if it is a recent bug or if it exist a while longer or it’s a bug at all but recently 80%+ of the mobs attacks have been crits.
Random question, but how do I get Cait yo use the Gym?
