Bit of a light patch while we’re busy with some bigger projects. Personally, I’m just finishing up the initial content for Lady Evergreen (who gates off the next zone, the Frostwood). Big, chunky tanuki MILF wants to love you and keep you (pregnant) forever~
In the meantime, have some orcs and TFs:
0.2.14 Patch Notes:
- A new event can occur at the Warrior’s Lodge in the orcish warcamp, after making Arona the chieftain. (By BubbleLord)
- New TFs: Wyld Wine and Belharan Stew. Become the elf you always wanted to be, or get a wyld mark of your very own (By Drake and Balak)
Concept art of a Savarran Frostmander by DCL. She stronk.
While I don’t mind a good breeding session or ten, I can’t stay forever. Places to go, floofs to find, elves to fuck. Plus that demon bitch I wanna strap down and… well. Busybusy.
So if Wyld Wine is elf TF whats the stew do?
Seems to be a wild card transformative, picking one or a few random transformations and mix-matching you into a chimera
Phew, that Orc Lodge scene is 10/10. Just the sort of thing I was hoping for when the area was unveiled. Thanks! ?
Glad you enjoyed it.
any chance it will be repeatable in the future
Already is if you wait a few days in game
Yeah, this intentionally isn’t shown but there are a few days of cooldown between the event and procs for it. This is so that people have windows to enter it if/when there is more content within the lodge such as people to visit.
Basically, the scene is more rare-ish to facilitate more lodge content being able to be accessed without having to do it ALL THE TIME. Which is also why it has a permanent opt-out, for those who have the right specifics.
Is that savarran frostmander in the game at the moment? She looks p great.
She’s just concept art (for now), but there’s a couple of frostmanders added last patch.
where can you find them?
I knew this when i saw the art, but that character isn’t gonna remain concept art, is it…
Well, she hits a lot of Savin’s buttons pretty hard, so….
Well, I for one am very excited to meet Lady Evergreen. Sounds like a hell of a bad end to enjoy.
I’m curious will there ever be a chance to have Arona knock you up on her throne if you’re female? Cause that’s something I’d enjoy a lot
Arona will eventually be able to impregnate you, yes.
What’s the plan or “roadmap” for writing as far as CoC2 goes? With TiTS it kinda seems like most of the writers pour most of their focus into one planet until there’s tons of content before moving on (like when Zheng Shi was the focus 70% of the projects being written all seemed to involve Zheng Shi, before that everyone was focused on Uveto, etc.), but with CoC2 it kinda feels like there’s a quest here, an unrelated quest there, an NPC or encounter in one area, another NPC or encounter in a totally different area, an incomplete dungeon here, a mostly complete dungeon there, etc.
thats probably the case because its so early in development and because TITs has all the maps isolated from one another. I think that once more areas and story content is out it might concentrate a little more….. probably…. just a guess
>but with CoC2 it kinda feels like there’s a quest here, an unrelated quest there, an NPC or encounter in one area, another NPC or encounter in a totally different area,
That’s what you get when you have a non-linear game. If you haven’t noticed, there are THREE starting zones, not one.
> an incomplete dungeon here, a mostly complete dungeon there,
Whatever are you talking about, all dungeons are self-complete.
If you mean villages, these things take a whole lot of time to write and implement. Tel’adre wasn’t built in a day.
>That’s what you get when you have a non-linear game. If you haven’t noticed, there are THREE starting zones, not one.
When I played through it kinda felt like the game pushes more towards the Old Forest over any other area as a starting point, but overall I guess you’re right, it’s certainly much less linear than TiTS is for the time being.
>Whatever are you talking about, all dungeons are self-complete.
I’m referring mostly to the Orc Camp and how it seems there’s a lot of planned but not implemented yet. I’m not sure if that counts as a village as opposed to a dungeon though, or maybe both? Also the Alraune area which seems to be a blend of both a “dungeon” and a transitional area for the next plot relevant region?
The Orc Camp dungeon experience is final; but it itself is not a dungeon. It simply acts as one to unlock it. After that, it’s a settlement/village of smaller scale.
As for the Alraune area/fort, that has already been stated to be a place for corrupted characters to go.
Just because places serve as dungeons doesn’t mean they’ll remain so. But overall, content drops as it’s needed to pad things out until new areas are around. We’re a lot more prim and uniform than people may think, which is why we’re trying to pad all the starting areas up before we move further and leave them behind.
That makes sense. I guess my error was in looking at each area as the equivalent of a TiTS planet, when it seems more like the three starting areas combined are more like the equivalent of one story-based planet. Is that more accurate?
Went to the lodge, and nothing is happening?
Nevermind, got it!
public public public public public aaaaaahhhh!
