Alder here with a new, slightly-earlier-than-usual Fall of Eden update! While the last one was a bit threadbare on content, this one is bustling with it! FoE now has its first seasonal event, a Halloween content pack. This comes in the shape of a repeatable dungeon of sorts, available every year the period 14 oct – 14 nov. You can access it now by setting your clock forward, or by the much simpler method: just activate debug mode and access it all-year-round! The initial event triggers upon entering the Nomad camp during waking hours.

- Added Halloween content. You can access it either by playing during the time period 14 oct-14 nov, or by enabling debug
- Go to the Nomad camp between 8-22 and you should get a one-time scene to start things off
- After the one-time, the option “Pumpkin Pie” should be available to you between 17-22. The option is only available during the season or in debug
- Each “playthrough” resets the event state, so you can test out multiple paths
- Fixed a bug regarding companions in Lei’s task
- Layla has a new sex scene written by QB/LD. You need a cock/toy to trigger it
- Restructured the “Entity” class and split it up into multiple files. This shouldn’t cause wierdness, but report if it does

Hold shift when you click the refresh button (or tap f5).
That forces your browser (IE, FireFox, & Chrome, haven’t tried it in any others) to re-download all cached content for a webpage.

Doesn’t seem like that to me… did you actually extract it too? You need to extract everything, then run foe.html.
Several times. And tried running the HTML with the corrupted stuff. Nothing.
I have a complaint. I recently went back to play FoE, but all my saves were gone. Completely. I’ve started a new playthrough already, but does anyone know what may have caused this? When the site changed, I checked to see if all my saves were still there and they were, but at some point in between then and now my FoE saves were deleted.
Don’t clear your browser cache if you want to keep your saves. Simple.
Except I haven’t cleared my cache in a while. I mean, my saves for CoC and TiTs are still available, just FoE.
Then you likely just need to extract them from the “local storage” of your browser. Have a look at http://www.fenoxo.com/?p=95#comment-421 for instructions in Firefox, and somewhere on that page are also instructions for Chrome, just scroll around a bit.
Everyone lost their cached saves when the server switch happened. Cached content is URL specific after all. If you go back 1 or 2 releases there was a description of how to recover the saves if you use Chrome, I was unable to recover mine from FireFox.

I’m rather disappointed with this one honestly.
If you use the dildo on the demon King, you get to watch him get violated, but you leave after using the holy water to turn him into the don queen. This update was filled with alot of m/m or PC taking it anally.
Fun for others, but sadly not my cup of tea sadly.

One of my favorite things about FoE is how well balanced it is in terms of partner gender. The first part of the halloween update can be m/m, but it can also be m/f IF the player char is female.
Observer et all, the dedication you guys show to this kind of balancing is why FoE is a game that I’m always excited about.

How do you access the scene where you breed terry please? I got all the scene on the menu except this one. I could get it on an older version but not this one.
Are there any plans for a scene which will eventually explain what happened between falling asleep after eating the pie and waking up naked in your tent? It seems we missed a lot of fun there. 😀

I’ll be honest. I’ve been waiting for a big FoE update for a while now. When I saw that 0.4l had come out, with a Halloween update to boot, I was simply ecstatic. Unfortunately, this update just wasn’t my thing. I know that there are a lot of people out there that appreciated this content, but so much of it felt either fuck PC or m/m.

I was wondering about that entity class you mentioned. Is that currently obtainable? Also, there’s this wonderful glitch, after doing the halloween stuff, where you have a doppelganger of yourself in your off party, which means as I kill drake, I get reserve xp as well as normal exp for my main. It’s wonderful.

Alder, haven’t *played* your game in quite some time – though have been reading content through code dumps from Github in between uni studies.
Will need to seriously look at your UI one of these days and see if it actually works for those who are blind/visually impaired, or are using some assistive technology in some form. I mean yeah, porn is still porn, but I should at least try to make it accessible porn, not that I have much experience in coding anything, mind. I don’t even remember if your UI had any issues or was unusable.
Should at least look at the HTML/javascript for the UI portion from the code dump, but I find a practical experience makes me more motivated to report issues. Plus, me not being any sort of programmer would make it a tiny bit hard to look at and make sense of code… In retrospect, this is certainly not one of the usual comments anyone on this blog/forum/site would get. It’s usually along the lines of “sex, give me more!” Or maybe “how do I encounter X, when will you update Y, or you need to focus more on my favorite character Z.”
Why I chose to look at this site and decide to comment while my brain is sleep-addled, I’ll never know.
