What is a synthsheath?
You’ll find it randomly in the wastes on Tarkus. Up to two of them if you play your cards right. Spoiler: It’s a synthetic horse wang that permanently bonds to your neither regions granting you the power of peenor.
I’m sorry, but when you said that, all I could think was, “I have the peenooooooooor!”
If I remember correctly, you can actually find them in the wastes repeatedly with no limit, but the appearance rate drops from 25% to 1% (or something like that) after the first one you pick up.
The first one is always in the same location: within one square of the leftmost blank space below Nova. After that, they show up randomly, and disappear if you leave the square it’s in. But they do appear indefinately, I believe.

I’ve only ever found one synthsheath, I had to use TitsEd (save editor) to get more.
Pretty sure I capped it at two. Use them wisely!
That’s disappointing, now that there’s three ways to use it (the player, Penny, and now Del).
So I take it you cant use the ones you buy from Anno.
The ones from Anno are used for your synthetic pals. They are silicon infused floppy dongs that ‘droids can inflate with silicon/recovered fluids to pleasure you in return. (No spoilers this time, but think of the only two synthetic beings that you encounter… erm, three, with the bar ‘bot on New Texas allegedly in game recently) I am pretty sure that the F/Bucking Bronco barkeep is already packing when he isn’t fingering/fisting. The synthsheath attaches to you no matter what parts you do or don’t have. Whether you have a penis or not, it becomes your penis.
And I got Del mixed up with someone else in my head, so that probably doesn’t answer your question. Sorry about that. It’s too early for me to think much.
