I’ve pushed some more code at the public build that should include a few fixes for Sera and content for a new character: Prai Ellit, by Frogapus. It might not load immediately for you due to caching, but tough cookies.
Someone pointed out that a volunteer coder who has helped with the backlog (UpcastDrake) has a Patreon set up such that he can only collect money if some of his stuff gets used in the public build, so once Geddy got things merged in today, I shot it out to you guys so he could make a few bucks. Nobody should really count on that sort of thing, though, and I’d recommend setting up your Patreon to just bill monthly. Voluntarily disabling it when you aren’t doing anything is a better plan than potentially losing out on a month of money because our attention is somewhere other than on Github pull requests.

Did this fix the Preg Sub Sera never giving birth, and upon talking to her in the Nursery it wouldnt progress the conversation (it would just paste the same intro line over and over again)

Am having a weird issue where the game becomes unresponsive to mouse clicks on firefox, now some of the gameplay is fine having those keyboard shortcuts and all but it leaves me unable to save my game!

This has been reported at least 50 times and there isn’t a known fix. Firefox is aggressively phasing out flash so it’s only going to get worse each update.
Standalone players and IE work out of the box, Chrome after changing a couple settings.
If you want to continue to use Firefox and play TiTS your only option is emailing Mozilla and telling them to stop.
Found a standalone player, works much better, thanks for the advice, didn’t know about Mozilla going that far!
I use “tab” key to access the Save/Load Menu on firefox
does this happen after you tab out/click into another tab? try clicking middle mouse button and holding it and throwing your mouse around a bit, if you get a tiny white bar at the bottom for a brief bit buttons should react to mouse clicks again.
This has also been an issue for me. Take my advice and start using an external player instead. As Drake says, Mozilla is deliberately phasing out Flash’s usage.
Long term TiTS is going to have to move to a different platform.
Just as a little late note, I have the same issue as I’m also using firefox, I found a work around one day, pressing alt twice over fixes the issue. It’s an odd fix but it works, at least until flash gets cut out even more. Once it’s not worth the effort anymore, I’ll switch to a standalone player as well.

Soo I found a bug or have the worst luck ever. You can no longer catch Locofever. It may be that the other types get checked before loco which gives it next to no chance but I’ve caught everything but it and I made sure to keep on the raskvels only.
To make it clear how bad my luck is I spent over three hours fighting them and screwing them. Never once was it the right one and over an hour was spent just letting the other ones stick in hopes that maybe furpise was just needed to get it.
IDK if this has been asked yet, but since our goey armor friend can take the shape of the two-headed goo is it possible she can gain their sex scenes as well instead of just the ol regular goosleves and goodicks? Would actually be kinda neat for her to gain other scenes as well based on her appearance (not on you as armor but when called) but I could understand if the reason behind it is that the scenes are Tarkus-specific, such as some of the regular ol grey goo scenes.
