Fen are you in the military? I used to serve in one that did that to me.
Pretty sure the military pushes people to sleep even less. Pretty sure they’re expected to get by on like 6 and lots of coffee.

Run into her in a cave, give belt. That’s pretty much it. Don’t think it’s possible to lock yourself out of meeting Ula atm.

Have you considered writing a basic criteria for acceptable submissions?
One section has something like writing quality standards/grammar, and another has standards on lore consistency. This criteria document could then be handed to another member of the team or even one of the forum volunteers to screen submissions to make sure the ones getting to you meet some basic requirements.
It would take time to put it together, but it could save you time in the long run and help streamline part of your process.
Just an idea, since it seems like submission review takes up a huge chunk of time.
Most of it could be cribbed straight from the sticky event sub forum.
Most of that seems fairly obvious, though? I doubt Fen & Co want to be micromanaging the process that much, but I could be wrong.
Except we already have that. The simple fact is that we have to read through the whole thing anyway to verify that there are no lore or character issues is already a beefy task, especially when you’re keeping your eyes peeled for potential lore-breaking details.
Then on top of that there’s the usual grammar checking. In this case, the author has stuff in TiTS already. He’s decent, but still improving as a writer. The time spent correcting issues with his work now will help him improve future submissions (and hopefully keep him from getting pissed at me and bailing out of the community when I say something stupid down the line!)
What I’m hoping for is Xanthe to be expanded upon at some point. The best female domme in the game (imo), and she doesn’t even give you a collar? I’d also like to see her knock Gene down a few pegs, maybe with Captain Steele’s help.
Speaking of knocking someone down a few pegs, I’d like that to be done to Riya as well. Maybe the longer she’s made to stay in Canadia, the more she realizes she might never be asked to return to Tavros, and the more frustrated she gets. Then she gets hostile, comes up with some trumped-up charge as an excuse to taze Captain Steele, and then she gets chewed out while Steele gets a sizable settlement.

Or maybe find a way to convince Xanthe to do some really ‘kinky’ shenanigans, then set her up on a date with Gene? She might end up liking being a sub.
